About Mark Malfara

I am a life-long resident of the Philadelphia area.  I have spent most of my life divided among some of the city’s finest neighborhoods: 14 years in Center City / Art Museum Area; 14 years in Mt. Airy / Chestnut Hill; 7 years in Roxborough / Manayunk and since 2010, I currently reside in Springfield Township / Montgomery County with my wife and children.  I have extensive knowledge of Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs and have provided real estate services & tours for relocation clients since 2004.  I own several investment properties (residential & commercial) in the Philadelphia & Montgomery County area.  I purchased my first home at the age of 23 and I still own that home today.  I have a passion for the real estate industry and take great pride in strategically consulting with my clients in helping them achieve their real estate goals by making good decisions and smart investments.  Real Estate is my business and I want to exceed your expectations so that I can gain your referrals and continue to operate my business through working by referral.
